  • This is a full-time, permanent role that blends internal sales support with hands-on warehouse duties. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include

  • Process and manage internal sales orders, including documentation (e.g., packing slips)
  • Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock availability and pricing (email and phone)
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if required)
  • Receipt and process incoming stock
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stocktakes, and cycle counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, starting between 7:30–8:00am and finishing around 4:30–5:00pm (minimum 40 hours per week).
  • Internal sales experience (preferably in trade, distribution, or industrial setting)
  • Customer service experience in a trade/industrial environment
  • Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control experience
  • Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 licence an advantage)
  • Intermediate (or higher) computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/CRM systems)
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise when things get busy
  • Physically fit to complete manual handling and warehouse tasks
