- About the Role
- This is a full-time, permanent role that blends internal sales support with hands-on warehouse duties. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities include
- Process and manage internal sales orders, including documentation (e.g., packing slips)
- Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock availability and pricing (email and phone)
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if required)
- Receipt and process incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stocktakes, and cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, starting between 7:30–8:00am and finishing around 4:30–5:00pm (minimum 40 hours per week).
- Internal sales experience (preferably in trade, distribution, or industrial setting)
- Customer service experience in a trade/industrial environment
- Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control experience
- Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 licence an advantage)
- Intermediate (or higher) computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/CRM systems)
- Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise when things get busy
- Physically fit to complete manual handling and warehouse tasks
