We’re a growing B2B SaaS company looking for a VA from an agency who can support us across daily operations — from lead generation to customer support. You’ll help drive outbound outreach, manage emails, schedule calls, assist in marketing tasks, and handle customer chats. Responsibilities • Find and email B2B prospects, manage outbound campaigns, and book calls. • Respond to live chats and support queries professionally. • Help with simple marketing and admin tasks (email follow-ups, CRM updates, reporting). • Learn our business processes to work independently and add value over time. Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English. • Must be part of a VA agency/team for reliability and coverage. • Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and comfort using CRMs and common SaaS tools. • Available to align with our business hours across any timezone.
