The summary of the duties you are required to perform are as follows:

· You would need to routinely check your truck, weigh the truck before and after it is loaded, supervise or help with loading the truck.

· Check the condition of the load and that it is secure.

· Follow correct safety procedures and keep records of, and check invoices for, goods you will carry.

· You have to plan the best delivery route

· Make deliveries or pick up goods and most importantly keep a logbook of the hours you work.

· Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

· Collect and verify delivery instructions

· Report defects, accidents or violations

Other details: Full time permanent employment with minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week. Maximum hours per week will vary and will not exceed 60 hours per week.

Prefer at least 3 years experience

Pay rate will be $30 per hour

Rostering day or night shift (Monday to Sunday)
