With a portfolio that spans more than 20 product categories, our ambition is to continue shaping the future of food — through strong partnerships, innovative thinking, and exceptional people Summary The Trade To Cash Analyst will support the ANZ Senior Analyst Trade to Cash, Sales, GBS, IT teams and other finance teams to ensure trade spend and working capital aligns to expectations and accurate. You will also Manage pricing, customer deductions and payables to ensure accuracy and timeliness of claim processing, provide business and financial support in the form of analysis and reporting of trade spend and assist with business process improvements Key responsibilities Trade spend balance sheet accounts Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations Oversee customer deductions, AP claims processing and pricing discrepancies in support area Ensure customer deductions actioned in a timely manner and compliant with company policy Ensure AP claims are processed in a timely manner and troubleshoot status and actions of any aged items Pricing discrepancy investigation and action in support area Customer balance sheet preparation and analysis Prepare monthly customer balance sheets Collaborate with Sales and GBS to ensure healthy customer accounts Assist with External and Internal Audit queries Provide support and assist with audits to ensure on-time completion Assist TTC Senior Analyst with performance of internal audits to ensure Sox compliance System and database maintenance Assist in data integrity of Demantra (Trade Promotional Management system) Participate in workflow style activity + ensure accuracy of data that's loaded to ERP Ensure product hierarchy in BPCS and Demantra are set up correctly Ensure trading terms and discount are set up correctly Vendor account set up and changes Assist with adhoc Demantra training requests. Coordination with GBS Coordinate between GBS and local Sales team to ensure clear communications and deliver result on a timely manner Adhoc trade finance related duties Assist as required across ANZ on any trade finance related queries About you Degree qualified in Business/Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferably CPA/CA) CPA/CA qualified or working towards preferred is desired (not mandatory) Experience in financial accounting / planning / analysis (preferably in FMCG or Retail sales channel) Understanding of transactional processes / core systems (BPCS/SAP/Demantra or similar) Variety of software applications - Excel, PowerPoint ,Tableau (or similar) Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations Ability to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions Ability to follow up, understand issues and their resolution, and work them through to completion Strong Credit Control/Process improvement experience are advantageous Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Apply now If you’re ready to take on an analyst role in our GBS function we’d love to hear from you.
