Working across the full innovation lifecycle strategy, design, development and delivery we create high-value digital solutions and customer-facing technology products that support school improvement nationwide. About the Role The Technology Project Manager plays a key role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality technology solutions across the organisation. You will lead and manage technology and product projects such as SharePoint development, LearnDash development, WordPress website development and other core systems ensuring they are effectively prioritised, planned and delivered. With strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, guide project teams, and ensure projects meet business needs in a complex and evolving environment. This role requires flexibility, initiative, and a strong ability to manage change in a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritisation and delivery of technology and product development projects. Own the strategy, design and development of core customer-facing technology solutions. Manage SharePoint development and related ecosystems. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Apply project management methodologies, risk management and reporting processes. Influence and guide the direction of project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Navigate projects through GGSA’s innovation model from design to implementation. Provide leadership, clear communication and problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams. Essential Criteria Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and related ecosystems. Project management and/or business qualifications. Experience within the education sector (QLD or other jurisdictions) including policy, structure and frameworks. Experience managing or delivering education programs. Proven delivery of complex project outcomes using formal project and risk management methodologies. Experience managing a medium sized project team. Ability to think strategically and consider long-term outcomes. Demonstrated ability to influence team direction and performance. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
