Are you someone who quickly understands technical concepts and turns them into practical solutions? Do you enjoy figuring out how things work and helping others do the same? We are a small distributor of HVACR and electrical products across Australia and New Zealand, seeking a technical support professional to join our tight-knit team. You will help strengthen our product knowledge, support customers and staff, and ensure smooth handling of technical issues and new product lines. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a technical knowledge base • Support internal and external stakeholders with technical inquiries • Track and resolve technical issues • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to troubleshoot problems • Manage new product lines and support onboarding • Assist with product testing and evaluation Requirements: • Available 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday NZT • Reliable Internet / Power / Windows PC with Second Monitor • Technical or similar, training • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills If this sounds like you – apply today!
