- 5+ years in customer service in a contact centre environment
- Proven ability to drive team performance through effective coaching and mentoring
- Excellent communication skills and strong time management
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges and competing priorities
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences and supporting your people to succeed
- Experience managing performance, handling escalations and fostering resilience
