As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team at Riccarton AA Centre. This is a Monday - Friday, 40 hour per week position. What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga As Team Leader, you’ll guide and support our Customer Sales Consultant and Insurance Consultant teams, ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding experience to our members and customers. You’ll play a key role in coaching, motivating, and supporting the team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. About You | Mōu Some of the skills we are looking for are: Supervisory or team leader level experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Retail, Insurance or Banking. Naturally supportive and confident in helping others succeed Calm under pressure, with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. Motivated, proactive, and approachable Great communicators with a collaborative mindset. Keen to grow and take on new challenges.
