• About the role: The Team Lead - Business Support role will lead our day-to-day operational support team for our trade services businesses, with a strong focus on customer experience, service delivery and team engagement. You will work closely with front-line teams to ensure customers, members and franchise owner needs are understood and met, enabling seamless delivery of our trade services. Leveraging Belron best practice and working closely with key stakeholders, will create an operationally excellent environment where team members are supported, engaged and equipped with tools, processes and capability required to succeed. Location: Our Support Office at 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland Hours: 40 hours per week What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience in an operational or customer service Leadership role within a customer-facing environment. Proven ability to take ownership, prioritise effectively and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes. Comfortable implementing new approaches and supporting change at scale. Strong analytical capability with sound financial and commercial understanding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills. Confident handling customer and supply escalations. Strong planning and organisational skills, with a continuous improvement mindset. Energetic, self-motivated and results driven, with high self-awareness. Collaborative team player with a strong customer first approach. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint essential). Experience with Internet site, file and database management.
