As we continue this growth journey, we have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us as a trusted partner in shaping AA’s talent strategy, where you’ll lead innovative recruitment solutions that attract exceptional people and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

You’ll be the driving force behind how AA attracts and secures top talent across Aotearoa and beyond. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values. From creating compelling job ads and building talent pipelines to leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search, you’ll ensure we stay competitive and innovative. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the People & Performance team, tertiary institutions, and industry partners to anticipate future capability needs and also lead social media campaigns, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement, positioning AA as an employer of choice and shaping the future of our talent strategy.

About You | Mōu

You’re a proactive recruitment professional who excels at building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening, and be confident using recruitment systems such as Workday and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with the ability to engage diverse audiences through social media. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work independently are key strengths. What truly matters most is your ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution to attract top talent and position AA as an employer of choice.
