  • As a Support Worker, you will work alongside clients with a range of support needs, helping them live independently and safely in their own homes. No two days are the same, and every shift makes a meaningful difference.

Your support will include

  • Helping with domestic duties such as shopping, meal preparation and housework
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Providing personal care, including showering and dressing
  • Medication oversight/assistance
  • Carrying out client cares in line with individual Support Plans

  • Have a genuine, caring and respectful nature
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoyment in helping people
  • Be physically fit
  • Be available to work rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends (Monday–Sunday)
  • Whilst full training is given in this role, having some exposure to aged care or the health sector would be highly advantageous
  • Have good English communication and comprehension skills - you are following written instructions.
  • Hold a full NZ driver’s licence (no international drivers’ licences)
  • Have full rights to work. Work visas are accepted, provided there is at least 12 months remaining on the visa.
