KIWI Fruit Contracting Limited is looking for a Supervisor in Whakatāne - Bay of Plenty region. This is permanent full-time position.

You will be responsible for:

· Driving continuous improvement, productivity, and business growth.

· Staff training, supervising and performance management to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.

· Ensuring that communication between sites is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.

· Identifying any skills gaps and assist in undertaking a recruitment and training programme to support fulfil these.

· Assist in implementation of new policies and procedures.

· Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met.

· Ensuring business complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.

· Assist in purchasing of operating tools, equipment, and machinery.

· Ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

What you Need:

· Either 1-2 years’ experience OR level 4 qualification is required.

· Can work weekends.

· Show attention to detail.

· Be a team player and flexible.

· Good initiative and time management skills.
