About
We are seeking a Store Manager for our store located in North Shore, Auckland.
Hours per week -40
Pay rate - $25 -$30 per hour.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Organise stock and equipment
- Order and maintain stock levels
- Determine products for the store relating to promotions and campaigns being run by the store.
- Ensure maintenance of the store.
- Ensure store security and cleanliness.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Plan sales targets and set budgets
- Maximise profits
- Meet store sales target
- Manage store takings
- Responsible for managing staff payroll
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Set and implement Recruitment and HR policies for the new store.
- Recruit new staff.
- Responsible for the training and development of staff.
- Responsible for staff mentoring and motivation.
- Coordinate and plan staff rosters.
HEALTH & and; SAFETY
Ensure compliance with New Zealand
Occupational Health & Safety Regulations
Set and implement H & S Policies and procedures for the store
MARKETING
Set and implement marketing policies and procedures for the store
- Design and implement store promotions
CUSTOMER
Set and implement service standards for the store
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is met at all times
- Handle all customer complai nts and queries
REPORTING
Prepare reports for performance of store
- Prepare cash flow reporting
- Prepare daily takings report
Must have knowledge of food industry.
Must have atlease 1 year experience as Manager or Assistant Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
