We’re looking for a motivated leader to oversee our Stock Replenishment Department. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside your team, tackling physical tasks such as heavy lifting, moving stock, and climbing ladders daily—all while ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
- Driving customer service excellence and ensuring customers remain our top priority.
- Supporting store-wide initiatives, including loss prevention and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with your team.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- A passion for customer service.
- Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks (lifting, ladder work).
- General computer skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
The Details
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
