I’m looking for an experienced, senior-level strategist to develop a clear, intelligent and highly usable influencer strategy for a global premium wellness/nutrition brand. This strategy will guide how we identify, engage, and activate influencers across multiple markets to drive brand awareness, trust, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating influencer/creator strategies for wellness, nutrition, supplements, or lifestyle brands, with a strong mix of strategic thinking, cultural insight, and practical execution understanding. Scope of Work - Review our brand guidelines, content strategy and existing social presence to understand brand philosophy, audience, and creative direction - Define the role influencer marketing should play within the wider marketing ecosystem - Identify priority audiences and influencer segments (e.g., experts, wellness leaders, micro-creators) - Outline creator selection criteria, briefing requirements and alignment considerations - Recommend tiering, partnership models and engagement tactics - Map out suggested content formats, storytelling themes and platform approaches - Propose measurement framework: KPIs, tracking methods, reporting structure - Provide a rollout plan and recommendations for pilots or testing phases Deliverables - A complete influencer strategy document (approx. 15–25 pages) - Clear frameworks and guidance we can hand to our internal team + external partners - Examples or references to illustrate tone, style and creative expectations - Recommendations for ongoing optimisation and long-term relationship building You should have: - Senior experience in influencer strategy, creator marketing, and social strategy - Ability to translate brand principles into creative and actionable influencer activity - Excellent written communication and the ability to create polished strategic documents If this sounds like you, please submit examples of relevant work, a brief overview of your experience, and your proposed timeline and price range.
