What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga This position will see you take the lead in shaping the future of NZAA’s flagship product. This is a strategic role where you’ll define the vision, drive commercial success, and ensure our offerings remain relevant in an evolving mobility landscape. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and planning to performance and innovation—while managing financial outcomes and championing enhancements that keep AA at the forefront of Roadservice in New Zealand. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work across teams to deliver compelling propositions for both members and business customers. If you’re passionate about innovation, thrive on strategic thinking, and can turn insights into action, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. About You | Mōu You’re a strategic thinker with a strong commercial focus and the ability to bring people together to deliver results. You combine leadership and relationship-building skills with deep marketing and product expertise, backed by excellent communication and organisational ability. Self-motivated and results-driven, you’ll have a proven track record in managing complex challenges and making confident decisions. Experience in product management, marketing, or partnerships within a commercial environment is essential and experience in partner-affiliated industries and a passion for innovation will set you apart.
