Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a team leadership role within our Waikato/Tauranga Building Services group. You’ll be part of a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across Asia Pacific, working with diverse clients on projects that will enhance your leadership and technical capabilities. In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering growth and collaboration Provide electrical design philosophy and technical guidance across projects Deliver electrical building services design from concept to completion, including construction monitoring and commissioning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical drawings, specifications, and reports Perform calculations for transformers, generators, UPS systems, lighting, and cable sizing Our Beca Buildings Team Each building we work on is unique, and the challenges we face constantly evolve.
