We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead from the front and drive performance across our Auckland-based field sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in direct sales environments and knows how to motivate, train, and deliver results.

About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of field sales representatives
• Actively selling in the field (D2D, B2B, and events) alongside your team
• Setting daily targets and driving consistent performance
• Training new starters and developing existing team members
• Monitoring KPIs, reporting results, and maintaining high sales standards
• Representing the brand professionally in all customer interactions

This is a field-based role, so you’ll be on the ground, not behind a desk.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in direct sales (door-to-door, B2B, events, or similar)
• Previous leadership or team coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to lead by example and close sales yourself
• Full NZ driver’s licence (required)
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
