About the Role

  • As our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our Sales team—optimising our CRM (Zoho), streamlining processes, and delivering insights that drive commercial performance. You’ll enable our sales team to focus on what they do best, while ensuring strong governance, forecasting accuracy, and operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimise Zoho CRM: Lead the ongoing management and enhancement of Zoho CRM, ensuring it drives efficient, data-powered sales and operations across the business.
  • Streamline sales workflows and reporting: Design and continuously improve automated processes, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that enable faster, more insightful deal tracking and sales management.
  • Enable team success: Provide training, support, and resources to sales, account management, and presales teams, empowering them to maximise CRM adoption and effectiveness through playbooks and tailored tools.
  • Govern the sales process: Define and enforce validation gates, SLAs, and workflows from lead origination to handover, maintaining high standards of process compliance and accuracy.
  • Reduce administrative burden: Implement smart automation, templates, and productivity solutions to streamline the sales process and minimise manual tasks for the sales team.
  • Drive integration and alignment: Oversee seamless connectivity between Zoho CRM, marketing platforms, finance systems, and service delivery solutions to support smooth, aligned business operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new platforms, automation tools, and enablement solutions to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
