This includes the oversight and responsibility of auditing all member, prospective member and agent interactions with the call center staff. Conducts weekly production evaluations for assigned agents. Participates in QA calibrations, audit meetings, and team huddles. Submit Quality Resolution Plans (QRPs) for assigned agents and sales leadership. Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members and agents. Assist with QA newsletter and FAQ tracker updates. Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings. Ensure new hire readiness for agents and QA staff through quality audits and training. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Education/Experience: Required A High School or GED Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in a related field in a related field Candidate Experience: Required 2+ years of experience in a call center Required Other knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service Required Other knowledge of HIPAA regulations: Auditor must obtain their Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
