  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join Kaikaranga. We would be flexible with contract options and contract hours for the right person. Potentially a 6-month fixed-term contract or an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment solutions that support our people and organisational goals.

  • About the role …
  • Deliver end-to-end in-house recruitment, managing roles across a range of portfolios
  • • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide trusted recruitment advice
  • • Proactively source, attract and engage talent using a variety of channels
  • • Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding processes
  • • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Kaikaranga’s values
  • • Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • • 6-month contract with hybrid working: hours are negotiable

  • About you …
  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or Talent Acquisition partner
  • • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Confident using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • • Competency based interviewing experience
  • • Aligned to Kaikaranga’s values and committed to inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • • Skilled in Assessment Centre methondology is an advantage
