  • Mō te tūranga | About the Role The Recruitment Experience Consultant is responsible for sourcing talent within or across business units. They will have a thorough understanding of the Business, their goals / strategies and implement recruitment plans to support in the attainment of these • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver talent • Add value to customers through innovative sourcing, understanding market trends and implementing recruitment best practice • Assist in the building of talent pools with a strong emphasis on pipelining • Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of role and as required by senior leadership. • Maintain high levels of data integrity • Demonstrate drive, initiative and excellent service delivery. • Adhere to diversity, compliance, sourcing and other priorities that may arise • Work independently, with a high level of self-direction, problem solving ability and self-motivation • Best practice candidate care • Translate recruitment plans into practical application and drive the outcomes accordingly • Ensure cost effective recruitment delivery, drive direct recruitment and maximise sourcing techniques • Works as a team player, ensuring the team as a whole delivers on the service promise, as well as assists with building our EVP and creating an exceptional experience for all stakeholders Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? • Proven experience in internal, RPO, or agency recruitment model/s • Minimum 5 years recruitment consultant experience at mid-senior leadership level • Innovative thinking with focus on talent • Ability to drive workforce planning, succession planning and key sourcing strategies • Business Acumen • Communication • Problem Solving • Stakeholder management Ko mātou tēnei | Our Organisation At Westpac, we’re working together to build a fairer and stronger New Zealand for our people, customers, and communities.
