In this pivotal role, you’ll provide subject matter expertise, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and implement robust quality assurance processes—making a tangible impact on the region’s transport network. Key responsibilities: Lead field quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections Develop and implement quality frameworks and processes for projects Review and approve quality management documentation Mentor contractors and staff in quality control methodologies Manage non-conformance processes and drive corrective actions Analyse quality data and implement targeted improvements Prepare performance reports for senior management Roll out new standards and facilitate feedback from teams Deliver quality-focused training programmes You will find out more about the role here: Position Description Ko koe tēnei | About you You’re a technical expert with substantial experience in state highway construction and maintenance, and you thrive on solving complex challenges.
