Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our Pavement Renewals Team, based out of our Dalgety Drive, Wiri Yard in Auckland. In this role you will support our Pavement Renewals team by performing key quantitative tasks, ensuring all measurement and material usage onsite are on track and all quality assurance paperwork and data are documented on time with accuracy. In addition to the above you will: Perform tests on conduction materials and methods adhered to the design, e.g. concrete, soil, asphalt Ensure pre-job set up are completed by recording all hazards & controls, plans, area measurement, string, mix quantity calculations Ensure onsite project activities are recorded, and quantities are documented Ensure all site documents are collected at end of each job Complete & submit job summaries Conduct general labourer duties when required to support timely completion of the project Good Work equals Good Benefits Medical and Life insurance ( an eligibility period applies ) KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones up to 7%. We’re looking for someone with: Must hold a minimum Class 1 Full licence Hold a WTR is a bonus Must have QA experience within Civil/Construction or similar Knowledge on concrete, surfacing materials and activities is desirable Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good level of physical fitness with ability to complete manual labour when required Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
