We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a twelve-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of various projects, ensuring they align with company objectives, safety standards, and financial targets. Job Responsibilities Lead and handle projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope. Drive Cost-conscious decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, seeing opportunities for efficiency and savings. Coordinate and lead all aspects of Maintenance general activities related to project results, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop, implement, and carry out project procedures to maintain high standards of execution and compliance. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project Risk Management issues, developing contingency plans as the need arises. Demonstrate strong Safety Leadership, fostering a culture of safety consciousness and accountability among project teams and contractors. Manage Turnaround general activities' execution, and post-turnaround analysis for relevant projects. Communicate regularly with partners, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and challenges. The project portfolio ranges from supporting the transition of change of operator, site expansion, facilities management works, asset integrity assurance, and vehicle disposal. Job Qualifications Proven experience in project management, preferably within the oil and gas or building sector. Strong financial foresight and a track record of cost-conscious decision-making. Ability to develop and enforce effective procedures and practices. Extensive experience in Risk Management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation. Outstanding Safety Leadership skills with a dedication to encouraging a safe working environment. Experience in handling or contributing to Turnaround general projects.
