Mō te tūranga | About the role We have a fantastic opportunity to support the administration of the Mobilising for Nature programme. You will be providing dedicated project coordination to enable successful delivery of complex projects for our Mobilising for Nature programme. The programme has many moving parts and operates at a fast pace. You will be assisting the programme manager and supporting and interacting with a range of stakeholders. Each day will be different – there will be a fair amount of task switching and continuous learning and growth opportunities. You will be coordinating, monitoring and reporting on the programme measurements ensuring that reporting requirements are met. You will communicate with key stakeholders, coordinate project and governance meetings, and ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure effective delivery. You will keep project timelines and reports up to date and will proactively raise potential risks or concerns appropriately. This role is vital for the day-to-day administration of the programme and will be focussed on: Setting up and administering contracts Pulling finance reports, tracking expenses, and paying invoices Collecting and entering data in spreadsheets and preparing data visualisations for different audiences. Organising meetings, take minutes, and maintain decision register Keeping key programme administration materials up to date Assisting with report collation and creation Supporting the successful delivery of the programme within time, cost, and quality parameters Using procurement systems (SAP) data visualisation application (Power BI) and office software (MS suite). This is a full-time, 12-month role based in Conservation House, Wellington. The salary range for this position is $68,878 to $87,265 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
