This is your opportunity to make a real impact! We’re looking for a Programme Test Manager to lead the testing function for key initiatives including Workday Phase 2 HELP, Workday Learn, Competency Framework, DoneSafe, SailPoint, and multiple integrations. This role is pivotal in establishing QA governance, aligning cross-workstream testing, and delivering consistent, risk-based quality outcomes. You’ll define and own the programme-level test strategy, oversee SIT, UAT and PVT, manage environments and data, and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership. Proven delivery of SIT/UAT/PVT in enterprise environments; confident with Jira/Xray and modern test management practices. Strong governance and stakeholder management skills—able to brief SteerCo and senior leaders effectively. Deep understanding of risk-based testing and test environment/data management. Vendor management experience and ability to coordinate internal squads and external partners. Bonus: Exposure to Workday, DoneSafe, IGA, ERP, and integration-heavy programmes.
