• We’re looking for a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Production Coordinator to join the team for a 3-month period.
• In this busy role you’ll support the Producer by managing organizational, creative, and financial aspects of studio projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

• Project Coordination, administration and facilitation
• Client and team communications
• Documentation and tracking
• Assisting with budget management
• Deliverables and quality control

• Our ideal candidate
• We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a coordinator in the film/tv/game/immersive experience industry, with solid administration skills and experience working with tight deadlines and budgets.
• You’ll need to be bilingual in Mandarin and English (with the ability to translate documents between the two) – and have strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
