Career growth: Shape and own the role with autonomy and influence. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement processes across categories, ensuring compliance, probity, and best value outcomes. Lead integrated supplier relationship management programs, combining commercial performance, sustainability KPIs, and innovation tracking. Engage directly with suppliers, contractors, and clients through site visits, negotiations, and key meetings. Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with ANZ commitments, including ESG reporting and training. Oversee vendor management, contract databases, and fleet administration. Deliver continuous improvement through innovation, cost reduction, and strategic procurement solutions. Use data analytics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and sustainability gaps, enabling smarter decisions. Champion cross‑functional governance and capability building across commercial, procurement, and sustainability teams. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within facilities management. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence outcomes. Proven ability to align procurement strategies with commercial objectives. Experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and procurement strategy development. Tertiary qualification in business or related field preferred. Hands‑on, proactive approach with excellent communication and presentation skills. Personal Qualities Problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude. Collaborative, preferring face‑to‑face engagement to build strong relationships. Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
