  • As our Marketing Manager Pizza Hut, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and take the reins on high-impact brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and long-term growth initiatives. You will lead cross-functional, high performing teams with our agency partners to bring campaigns and business projects to life across multiple channels and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • This is a pivotal leadership role accountable for the development and implementation of the Pizza Hut marketing programme and is responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of specific marketing projects to achieve a commercially successful outcome.

Some of your role scope includes

  • Develop and implement the strategy to grow revenue and profit of the Pizza Hut brand
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to design and develop new and innovative digital programmes to elevate the online presence of RBL and the Pizza Hut brand.
  • Lead development of integrated marketing strategies and programming plans for local marketing and product activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and lead the agency village, ensuring bold creative ideas.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure marketing delivers against AOP targets.
  • Use data and insights to inform direction and improve ROI.
  • Manage relationships with franchisees, external agencies, and vendors.

Ideally your experience would contain

  • 5+ years in marketing or brand management within a large retail environment
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking
  • Demonstrated skills in business management, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships and networks both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and lead in a high-speed work environment.
  • Confident leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
