We’re looking for a performance-focused video editor to help us scale Meta ads by producing high-volume creative iterations based on clear briefs. This role is video-first. You will not be responsible for strategy, media buying, or brand design. You’ll be working from proven ad concepts and creative briefs to produce fast, testable variations designed to convert. What You’ll Be Doing - Editing short-form Meta ad videos (6–45 seconds) - Using local AI voices (such as ElevenLabs) to create audio, and then editing footage to this. - Creating multiple variations of winning ads - Testing new hooks, openings, pacing, captions, and formats - Repurposing existing footage into fresh ad iterations - Delivering organised files on a weekly cadence What You Will NOT Be Doing - Developing creative strategy or angles - Writing scripts from scratch - Managing ads or analysing performance - Brand-heavy or polished marketing videos Requirements - Proven experience editing Meta ads for DTC brands - Strong understanding of performance-driven short-form video - Ability to follow clear creative briefs precisely - Fast turnaround and comfort working at volume - Attention to hooks, pacing, captions, and mobile-first formatting Nice to Haves (Optional) - Ability to create static ads also. This is a bonus, not a core requirement. This role will be a Short-term trial over December/January. Opportunity for ongoing work if performance is strong
