About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive People, Risk & Operations Support Manager to support the smooth and compliant operation of our store.

This is a key leadership support role responsible for people management, health & safety, compliance, internal communications, community sponsorships, and executive coordination. You’ll work closely with the Member Principals to drive strong governance, team engagement, and consistent execution across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations
  • Learning & development of staff
  • Health & safety leadership and compliance
  • Policy, audit, and risk management
  • Internal communications and stakeholder coordination
  • Executive support to the Member Principals


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in HR, people & capability, health & safety, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and H&S legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels
