We have a permanent full-time vacancy for an HR generalist to join our People & Culture team as a Business Partner, based at the Allevia Hospital Epsom campus. As part of our small but close-knit team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees across clinical and non-clinical support, providing specialist guidance that strengthens our culture, supports high performance, and enhances engagement.

Ideally, you will be able to draw from your experience as a business partner in a large organisation, where your expertise will help ensure compliance, drive organisational development, and deliver impactful people solutions. As an HR Generalist, you will be comfortable working on the full HR remit, including: employment relations, change management, workforce planning and projects, and if you happen to have worked within a unionised healthcare environment - that would be a bonus!
