We’re have a permanent full-time vacancy for a proactive and people focused P&C Advisor to join our Business Partnering team. In this role, you’ll provide trusted HR support to our people leaders and employees, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of advice and practices in relation to HR issues, providing day to day HR advice, and contributing to key people initiatives across the organisation.

With previous HR advisory experience preferably in a large organisation you’ll be passionate about HR advisory work, employment relations and enabling high performing teams. As our ideal candidate you’ll also bring a strong understanding of the practical application of HR practices and employment legislation. You will be an excellent communicator with strong relationship building and time management skills, and you’ll thrive in a role that requires attention to detail, calmness, proactivity and a strong customer focused approach.
