About the role - Korero mo te turanga

We have a permanent vacancy in our AskHR team.

In this role, you will be a member of the AskHR team, the first point of contact for all people-related queries from our customers (leaders and employees) both in New Zealand and offshore. Day-to-day you will be providing essential support to the business through the timely provision of advice and assistance in navigating people systems and processes.

As a highly organised and proactive administrator, much of your role will be focused on producing high-quality written offers and letters for employees, supporting the effective delivery of People Division operational priorities, projects and strategy.

Your success will be dependent on your attention to detail and your willingness to ensure a great people experience through every interaction.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to establish and build relationships across the organisation, and a genuine desire to deliver a great customer experience. You will have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • A genuine interest in HR
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A customer-centric approach to problem solving
  • Inclusive and adaptive working style and the ability to influence and develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders
  • High levels of self-awareness, agility and resilience
  • Understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Maori and Maori customs and protocols would be beneficial.

The full salary range for this role is $64,940 and $82,979 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
