Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family Our New Zealand Payroll team has a great opportunity for a payroll focused and experienced administrator to further develop and grow their payroll skills. In this role, you will oversee employee management and be accountable for administering weekly payroll tasks within your designated region. This is a permanent full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday role, based in our office in Burnside. The pay range is between $60,000 and $70,000 depending on experience. In addition to the above you will: Monitoring & responding to incoming emails. Enter timesheets into PayGlobal’s time & attendance module or make change are required. Work in the eTimesheet application monitoring and following up timesheets. Import timesheets as required into PayGlobal’s time and attendance module. Complete interpretation of timesheets in line with current collective employment agreements and individual employment agreements, along with ensuring legislative requirements are met. Query timesheet issues with the regional HR team or managers. Work with Fulton Hogan’s K2 payroll tool to download employee maintenance from Workday. Enter employee maintenance changes that are downloaded such as new employees, transfers, personal data changes. Following up with regions around incomplete employee paperwork. Investigate and resolve queries from employees and the business. Complete report requests. Complete manual pay calculations and enter transactions into the manual pays as required. Previous experience using PayGlobal is beneficial. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant human resources and employment legislation Previous experience using Workday is beneficial. Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has a passion for payroll and people. Is a fast, effective, and accurate worker with great time management. Has a continuous improvement mind set, always looking to improve processes.
