- The Role
- As Operations Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of Remote100K. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the founder to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure a strong experience for both job seekers and employers.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations across the job board, including job postings, approvals, site updates, and support workflows
- Improve, document, and optimize internal processes to reduce manual work and errors
- Oversee employer onboarding, job submission flows, and billing coordination
- Monitor platform performance and identify operational bottlenecks early
- Coordinate with contractors or freelancers (content, SEO, dev, support) as needed
- Track key operational metrics and share insights to support decision-making
- Help implement tools and automations to scale operations efficiently

- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in operations, business operations, or platform management
- Experience working with digital products, marketplaces, or job boards (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Comfortable learning and using new tools (Notion, Airtable, Stripe, CMS platforms, etc.)
- Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
