The product is solid. The voice is established. The cadence is locked (3x weekly). What’s missing is systematic growth. I’m looking for someone who knows how to turn strong editorial into consistent subscriber growth, not someone who posts motivational threads and calls it strategy. This is not about “going viral.” It’s about distribution, loops, partnerships, and compounding. The Role You are responsible for growing the subscriber base — from zero to meaningful scale — without diluting the brand or turning it into clickbait. You’ll design and execute a growth system across: X / Twitter Reddit Referrals & incentives Cross-newsletter swaps Lead magnets & conversion paths Platform mechanics (Beehiiv, Substack-style ecosystems, etc.) This is part strategist, part operator. What You’ll Actually Do Design a clear growth roadmap (30 / 60 / 90 days) Turn newsletter content into distribution-native assets (threads, posts, hooks, CTAs) Build and manage referral mechanics (loops that actually convert) Source and manage cross-promotions with aligned newsletters Identify where traders already congregate and how to enter without spamming Track what matters: subs, opens, referrals, retention — not vanity metrics Continuously test → cut → double down What I’m Looking For Proven experience growing a newsletter or content brand You understand trading, finance, or adjacent high-signal niches You think in systems, not tactics You can explain why something works, not just that it worked You’re comfortable working with a brand that’s blunt, irreverent, and opinionated Bonus points if you’ve: Grown a newsletter from sub-1k to scale Worked with Beehiiv or similar platforms Built referral or ambassador programs Understand trader psychology (ego, tilt, pain, boredom) Compensation Open to: Performance-weighted structure Revenue or ad-share once monetized Or a hybrid if you bring serious experience I’m not looking to overpay for theory — I’ll happily overpay for results.
