We need someone who can offer additional help to our development team. We use ReactNative, Next.JS, Firebase atm. Our app is quite new and we have a lot of features, improvements to implement in the future. So we are looking for someone who can be a good fit in our small team, we just have 2 devs atm. Looking for someone we can work with for long term. Preferably from the Philippines. But okay with from anywhere. What we need at the moment, someone who can work on optimizing the mobile app performance. Loading times in app is really slow. We need this to be fixed and can handle future feature additions. We also need to make sure codes overall are clean enough. We need the content be optimized. Or in short, we need to make the performance of the app better and faster. Please send sample works you did in the past. We are just a startup and very small company, so the budget is really fixed and limited. But we commit to giving good feedback if we will be able to complete the project timely and in quality. We understand this isn't the average rate but we want to be very transparent in the beginning, before anything else.
