We’re an established digital agency looking to partner with a mid–senior web developer to support our upcoming workload from December through February 2026. We are speaking with candidates this week and expect to begin assigning work from next Monday. This engagement involves a blend of WordPress (≈70%) and Webflow (≈30%) development. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, make sound technical decisions, and consistently deliver high-quality work across a variety of sites. You’ll Be Working On - Building new WordPress pages and sections to supplied Figma designs - Implementing new components inside existing themes (Divi, Elementor) - Troubleshooting layout or functional issues with minimal oversight - Performing content updates and refinement across multiple sites - Occasional WooCommerce tasks (template tweaks, layout adjustments, settings updates) - Webflow development, mainly page builds and updates Our Workflow - Larger changes are fully scoped and designed in Figma before handover. - Smaller enhancements may come with partial designs or clear written instructions. - We value clean, maintainable code and adherence to existing site frameworks. What We’re Looking For We’re aiming to collaborate with a developer who brings both technical strength and professional maturity: - 4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development - Strong experience with Elementor and/or Divi, including customisation - Ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate builds - Solid understanding of responsive layouts and modern front-end best practices - Confidence in troubleshooting issues independently - Experience with Webflow page builds and CMS structures - Clear communication and reliable availability over the Dec–Feb period - Familiarity with WooCommerce Why Work With Us You’ll be joining a team that scopes well, communicates clearly, and provides consistent work.
