We are seeking a part-time contractor to assist with documenting and summarizing meetings related to the company’s ERP transition project (Epicor Kinetic, going live in 2026). The ideal candidate will listen to consultant calls, summarize key discussion points, capture follow-up questions, and later help document processes. Key Responsibilities: - Attend (or listen to recordings of) consultant and project team meetings. - Take detailed notes and summarize key points, decisions, and action items. - Track and compile follow-up questions or items requiring clarification. - Help document business processes as the ERP implementation progresses. - Maintain organized records of meeting summaries and process documents.
