  • Join NZME’s Commercial team as Media Coordinator, the engine behind seamless sales delivery. You’ll keep workflows humming across print, digital, radio and video—owning bookings, proposals and stakeholder comms so campaigns land on time and on point.
  • HOW YOU’LL DO IT
  • Lead account coordination
  • Support sales by handling admin, coordination and reporting, managing sales collateral, spotting issues early and driving smarter ways of working.
  • Plan and prioritise at pace
  • Work quickly and accurately, juggle multiple deadlines, and contribute effectively in planning meetings—communicating with an NZME‑wide mindset.
  • Be client‑first
  • Foster positive, professional relationships; think customer outcomes in every interaction.
  • Master the tools
  • Fully utilise CRM and booking systems (Drive, Media Manager, ATOL, Lightning) and support cross‑platform solutions—print, digital, radio, video.
  • Champion compliance & values
  • Operate to NZ advertising standards and NZME business rules; uphold the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards; keep yourself and others safe under Health & Safety; live NZME values every day.
  • ABOUT YOU
  • Media savvy: Ideally 1+ years’ media experience; high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales support pro: Proven success supporting fast‑paced, high‑performing sales teams.
  • Deadline‑driven: Excellent time management and multitasking; calm under pressure.
  • Tech‑confident: Advanced Microsoft 365; quick to learn new systems and tools.
  • People‑positive: Strong relationship building; clear communicator with stakeholders in and out of NZME.
  • Team player: Welcomes input, respects diverse views, contributes to a collaborative culture.
  • Growth mindset: Own your development; adaptable to change.
