I’m Tejas Engel, founder of Quantum Freedom Shift, where I help people accelerate personal transformation and create lives of freedom and impact. My career began in electronics engineering — from municipal telecom projects, like telephone exchange design and construction, satellite and undersea links. Then I became a technical measurement specialist with Hewlett-Packard that took me into the heart of Silicon Valley innovation. That foundation gave me practical systems thinking and technical fluency. I later moved into tertiary teaching and course development, building and teaching advanced computing and networking programs and mentoring apprentices and young engineers. I love sparking curiosity and teaching people to ask the right questions — the deepest learning is drawing out what’s already there. Alongside my professional work I’ve created permaculture education projects, practiced jade carving and explored metaphysics and frequency healing. That blend of rigorous engineering, teaching experience and expanded consciousness shapes the work I do today: practical, high-impact personal development that fast-tracks freedom, abundance and real-world results.
