- We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive N4’s brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation in the enterprise space.
- This is a hands-on role focused on creating compelling content, showcasing our expertise through case studies, and activating leads through events and partnerships. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and partnerships to amplify our story, position N4 as a thought leader, and support enterprise pipeline growth through high-impact marketing initiatives.
- What You'll be Doing
- Owning and delivering N4’s content output across website, social, and email.
- Shaping and telling clear N4 brand stories that reinforce our expertise and differentiation.
- Producing a steady flow of high-quality case studies, reviews, and award submissions that showcase outcomes and credibility.
- Creating key sales enablement and lead-generation assets that support enterprise growth.
- Planning and running in-person and virtual events, capturing content and value beyond the event itself.
- Supporting partner and co-marketing initiatives alongside sales and partnerships.
- Working closely with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Tracking performance, learning what works, and continuously improving output and impact.
- An experienced marketing operator, ideally from an agency or B2B services environment.
- Confident, outgoing, and credible. Someone who represents the brand well and builds strong relationships quickly.
- A strong storyteller who can turn complex services, ideas, and results into sharp, engaging narratives.
- Comfortable balancing brand, content, and demand generation without losing momentum.
- Highly self-directed, proactive, and comfortable owning work end-to-end.
- Strong grasp of B2B and enterprise marketing, including content strategy, sales enablement, and lead activation.
- Experienced creating content that performs across web, social, and email.
- Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Familiar with social platforms, EDM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic performance tracking.
- Knowledge of Webflow is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience running events, webinars, podcasts, or working alongside enterprise sales teams.
