I am looking for a skilled ManyChat automation expert to build a complete Messenger-based lead flow for an insurance product. The system must provide users with instant indicative pricing through my GPT webhook (which you will guide me to set-up) and send only highly qualified leads to my Gmail inbox. I want a fully automated setup that runs independently after the build. I am not looking to manage ManyChat myself. Your responsibility is to create a clean, reliable, and hands-off automation. Project Requirements 1. Messenger Flow The flow will be triggered by Click to Message Facebook ads. The Messenger bot must: Welcome the user Ask for age Ask for gender Ask if they are a smoker Store each answer in custom fields Display a short processing message such as calculating your price 2. Instant Pricing via GPT Webhook You will use ManyChat’s External Request action. The system must: Send age, gender, smoker status to my GPT pricing endpoint Receive back the weekly price, explanation, and disclaimer Instantly reply inside Messenger with the pricing information The pricing must feel immediate and friction-free for the user. 3. Lead Qualification Logic Only high-intent users should be considered qualified. A qualified lead is anyone who: Replies YES Asks for next steps Requests an official quote Shows intention to move forward The automation must detect this reliably. Cold or unresponsive leads must not be forwarded. 4. Gmail Delivery For qualified leads only, the automation must send a clean, well-formatted email to my Gmail inbox. The email must include: Full name Age Gender Smoker status The indicative price shown to them Their final intent message Subject line format: HOT LEAD Cancer Cover Name Age No unqualified leads should be sent. 5. Supporting Automation Set up any additional logic needed, including: Tagging of qualified leads Optional reminder messages Simple nurturing within Messenger I want the system to run without any manual intervention on my side.
