  • We’re on the lookout for a skilled Machine Operator to join our Pre-Fabrication team in the new year. If you’re hands-on, mechanically minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves — we want to hear from you.

  • 🛠️ Do You Have the Skills We Need?
  • We’re looking for someone with CNC Milling OR Guillotine experience, ideally from wood or aluminium industries. You’ll need to handle basic troubleshooting and maintenance, assist with product testing, and ensure quality standards are met. Other tasks include assembly, packing, and using hand tools. Forklift and crane licences are a bonus. Strong English communication, numeracy skills, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
  • 🏭 About the Work
  • You’ll be producing pre-fabricated products like entrance doors, security doors, wardrobe kits and more. Tasks vary across machine operation, assembly, and dispatch, so flexibility is key. The role also involves regular heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be comfortable handling larger materials and components. You’ll need to spot and sort issues fast, work on your feet, and collaborate with the team to hit daily targets.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
