As we continue this growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LMS & Learning Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term basis to play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences across the organization. What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga As the LMS & Learning Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of our Learning Management System and ensure the seamless delivery of learning programs across the organisation. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Learning & Development/OD Lead and key stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly, organize impactful training sessions and workshops, and provide exceptional support to learners. You’ll maintain accurate records, monitor participation and outcomes, and use feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement. This is a dynamic position where your attention to detail and passion for learning will help create an engaging and effective learning experience for all. About You | Mōu You’ll have experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within Learning & Development, HR, or OD, and be confident in administering Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning, Litmos, or Moodle. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication, and high technological literacy are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A passion for learning and creating an inclusive workplace is key.
