You’ll manage accurate reporting and analysis, maintain high-quality people and training data, and partner with the People team to enable informed decision-making. A key focus will be managing multiple learning platforms, including user administration, license tracking, and technical troubleshooting, while ensuring digital learning content aligns with best practice and organisational branding. You’ll also contribute to designing and delivering learning programs that build organisational capability and foster a strong learning culture. This includes creating eLearning modules, supporting induction projects, and driving improvements in learning systems and processes.
