I’m starting a small plush brand called Tinicub. First character: Marlow the Warrior Whale, looks tough, but is a big squishy comfort plush (mental health / “soft but strong” vibe). This is the first of many of the warrior series. Planning to launch on Kickstarter mid/late Jan 2026. What I have so far: 1 factory sample plus tech pack Goal around $12k USD Tiny audience (no list, less than 20 followers) - a couple of micro influencers collab Simple landing page (Kit) - https://tinicub.kit.com/f8bb36d20d Tinicub logo, website Social media @tinicub_toys (IG) or @tinicub (TikTok) I’m not looking for a full campaign manager currently but depending on how this campaign goes, we'll see.
