About the role As the Key Account Manager for Belron NZ, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing a customer portfolio within the markets we operate to achieve our wider commercial objectives. This is primarily a relationship management role responsible for managing the insurance portfolio · of Smith&Smith® insurance accounts. Location: Our Support Office at 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060 Hours: 40 hours per week What we’re looking for Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Sound working experience and/or understanding of insurance sector. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and conflict-resolution skills. Effective communication skills which are clear, fluent, concise and appropriate and encourages feedback as appropriate. Produces written communications which are clear, fluent, concise and jargon-free, and are readily understood by intended recipient(s) Able to identify alternative solutions, recognise the impact of those alternatives, and determine solutions, which result in the best outcome. Able to demonstrate awareness of own personal strengths and areas of development, understands the impact of these on others, and takes action to modify own behavior accordingly.
